there, Mr. Gikas Xenakis will welcome you with a rice cracker topped with spinach and dill (his own unique version of the famous Greek spanakorizo), a smoked cheese(from Naousa area) biscuit and a wild birds liver pâté with wild boar powder and crab apple. don’t bother analyzing, just put this damn spoon in your mouth!

then you can go on with some tender scallops with potato, apaki(Cretan smoked pork), chicory mousse and marinated tomato seeds, some different “meatballs” made of beef tartare with yogurt-wasabi cream, kavourma(preserved meat) crust and the sexiest ouzo jelly cubes ever, a heavenly version of pastitsio made of thick pasta, oxtail and shiitake mushrooms, a fine croaker with cauliflower cream, glazed carrots(never goes out of style) and beetroot sauce and finally some comforting slow braised beef cheeks with mashed potatoes.
