in culinary world it’s really in fashion to use leftovers and create something new. take for example pasta al forno or aranzini(rice balls to die for). with bread it’s much easier. you can create the most tasty rusks ever.
all you need is some leftover, old bread. cut it into slices as thick as you wish. apply some parchment paper on a baking dish, place the slices of bread and bake at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes. i personally used some cornbread with sunflower seeds and the result was heavenly. just look at the picture; need i say or in this case write more? so my friends go ahead and enjoy each and every bite of your precious bread!
